Deep Dive Smart City

The DigitaleZukunft@OWL congress in March 2022 showed that OstWestfalenLippe is a pioneer in the digital transformation of the economy and society.

This year's event focused on personal exchange on a professional level. An exhibition with around 35 projects offered visitors the opportunity to find out about the latest developments in the field of digitalisation and sustainability.

To deepen the exchange, "deep dives" on the topics of innovation & transfer, vocational training, smart cities and sustainability & energy accompanied the event. Fraunhofer IOSB-INA led the deep dive on the topic of Smart Cities. The workshop dealt with the synergy between business, administration, research and teaching in this area and brought the participants into an exciting exchange.
