How does a city actually become smart and resilient? We know from over 10 years of experience in automation and IoT: There is no one-stop-shop, no one-size-fits-all recipe, not even for Industrie 4.0. Future viability and resilience are often the sum of individual implementation projects. Our visitors to the CENTRUM INDUSTRIAL IT (CIIT) e. V. heard about such successful projects in the context of small and medium-sized cities: Experts brought insights and experiences from practice to show ways to the Morgenstadt in expert lectures, with demonstrations in our showroom and while networking.
