Student assistants in the fields of communication technology, IoT and functional safety


 

1) SHK in the field of "Embedded systems and FPGA technology in communication technology" (m/f/d)

  • Work in a team of experts in industrial communication technology
  • Tasks and technologies that are of great importance to leading companies regionally, nationally and internationally
  • Flexible working models with a high degree of personal responsibility

Tasks:

  • Commissioning of an SoC platform with FPGA and testing of the interfaces: Performance, interoperability
  • Implementation of test setups with industrial components

Skills:

  • Software development C, C++, Linux, 
  • FPGA technology, 
  • Ethernet measuring technology.

2.)   Student assistant in the field of IoT (m/f/d)

  • Working in a team of IoT experts
  • Tasks and technologies that are of great importance to leading companies regionally, nationally and internationally
  • Flexible working models with a high degree of personal responsibility

Tasks:

  • Implementation of IoT pilot projects in the fields of smart city and smart building applications, particularly with IoT transmission technology

Skills:

  • Software development
  • Internet technology
  • Dashboards e.g. with Grafana
  • LoRa measurement technology.

3.)   Student assistant in the field of 5G mobile communications for the "5G SIMONE" project and the "5G Application Center Lemgo" (m/f/d)

  • Working in a team of 5G and rail technology experts
  • Tasks and technologies that are of great importance to leading companies regionally, nationally and internationally
  • Flexible working models with a high degree of personal responsibility

Tasks:

  • You support 5G experts in the 5G SIMONE project. The project aims to test 5G mobile radio-based networking for rail vehicles using the example of the "MonoCab" single-unit vehicle.

4.)   Student assistant in the area of "Functional Safety" (m/f/d)

  • Working in a team of functional safety experts

  • You support functional safety experts in the AutoS² and MonoCab project

  • Programming of industrial control systems such as Codesys
